Open Wednesday to Sunday from 7 February to early July: all day for a drink, and a variety of restaurants for lunch and dinner.
Welcome to the Auberge du Hérisson!
Ideally situated at the top of the Cascades du Hérisson, close to the famous 4 Lakes, our inn welcomes you to an exceptional natural setting in the heart of the Jura's emblematic landscapes.
Before or after your walk, enjoy a relaxing drink in the comfort of our dining room or on our terrace.
The bar is open from 8am to 6.30pm, except during lunchtimes.
Our restaurant, which seats 60, invites you to discover a traditional and generous cuisine, inspired by the Jura region and prepared with quality products.
Our specialities include gratinée of Burgundy snails with morbier cheese, farmhouse poultry with yellow wine and morel mushrooms, and trout with Jura white wine.
To suit all tastes, we offer a choice of menus: discovery menu, hiker's menu, tasting menu and other gourmet suggestions depending on the season.
The bar-restaurant is open :
- Wednesday to Sunday from February to June;
- 7 days a week in July and August;
- Thursday to Monday in September and October.
