Domaine Ratte
Michel-Henri and Françoise Ratte work with their son Quentin. The wines they produce come entirely from their own vineyards.

Demeter-certified (biodynamic viticulture), the estate has 9 hectares of vines spread over various localities in the Arbois area: les Corvées, Grand Curoulet, Bésivette, Prélevront, la Régole, Clos Maire and la Bergère. These vines come from the parents of Michel-Henri's wife Françoise, as well as from acquisitions made since 1989.
Michel-Henri and Françoise Ratte now work with their son Quentin. The wines they produce come entirely from their own vineyards. Biodynamic viticulture is a way for them to combine work in the vineyards with respect for nature. It's a commitment that's mirrored in the winery, where minimal handling is required to respect the initial product: the grapes. The wines are now Demeter-certified, a quality label that perfectly attests to the work carried out, and the wine produced is as natural as possible.
