A takeaway salad bar with something fresh and tasty... Fruit juices, ice creams, doughnuts... Honey, from a beekeeper in Villards-d'Héria. For my salads, it's up to you! You take a bowl and fill it with whatever you like: marinated tomatoes, artichokes, avocado, grilled corn, green beans, marinated courgettes. I also offer two different types of yoghurt from two different farmers.
