Beautiful detached Bresse-style house, located a few kilometers from Dole, Pasteur country. The gîte, entirely renovated by François and Martine, features a beautiful living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and kitchen. A 1st bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: mezzanine area with sitting area (sofa bed), 1 bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed, 2nd bedroom with 1 x 100x180 boat bed and 1 x 1-person bed, bathroom (bubble bath, wc). Semi-enclosed adjoining grounds with large sheltered terrace, bread oven, garden furniture and barbecue. Bikes available: please ask owners. Dogs are welcome but must not be allowed upstairs or roam the property. Additional persons possible (contact owner). For more than 6 people 10?/day/additional person. All requests for stays for professional reasons must be approved by the owner. Swimming possible in the river 500 m away.
